About The Position

Arhaus is seeking dedicated individuals to join our distribution center team. We are holding a job fair to expedite the interviewing and hiring process for various roles within our distribution center. Requirements

High school diploma/GED
The ability to operate equipment at a height potential of 35 ft. (equipment operators)
Ability to lift/push/pull 150lbs+
Working knowledge of computer programs
Understanding of general work practices in distribution and/or warehousing

Nice To Haves

1 – 2 years’ experience in a distribution center and/or warehouse setting
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Operating equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise (Equipment Operator)
Performing all aspects of receiving, storing, and distribution of merchandise in support of the business (General Warehouse Associate)
Performing tasks in a standing position for extended periods of time
Making repetitive movements
Adapting to change quickly and easily, and performing effectively during times of change
Demonstrating the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities effectively
Building respectful and effective working relationships
Collaborating with others to achieve common goals
Conveying information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
Demonstrating initiative by acting as a self-starter
Taking on increased responsibility to enhance one’s contribution
Displaying a high degree of integrity and honesty
Taking responsibility for one’s own actions
Showing consistency between words and actions
Unloading, loading, picking, and shipping/receiving process and procedures
