About The Position

This role is crucial for the efficient operation of the distribution center, involving a variety of tasks related to inventory management and order fulfillment.

Requirements

Prior forklift experience REQUIRED
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and Good Warehouse Practices
Ability to lift 50 pounds routinely
Excellent time management skills
Ability to stand, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms
Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize daily activities and on-going projects
Flexibility and able to manage change with a positive attitude
Time management skills to stay on track with fulfilling orders
Strong Judgment and Decision Making skills, ability to choose appropriate action for the situation
Critical Thinking skills and ability to identify strengths and weaknesses and alternative solutions
Ability to work well with others in a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Receiving, processing incoming stock and materials
Picking and filling orders from stock
Packing and shipping orders
Managing, organizing and retrieving stock
Quarterly inventories of the DC
Loading FTL, LTL and Parcel orders
Operating power industrial equipment
Using specialized equipment like a pallet flipper
Working with the Warehouse management system via computers, RF guns, and voice headsets
