About The Position

Responsible for distribution center functions, with safety as a priority, to ensure a high level of quality for customers around the world. The role handles customer orders, inventory, shipments, and returns, and may perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Good communication skills, including the ability to read and understand English and match numbers and letters.
A proven track record of stability and dependability in the workplace.
Ability to use an RF scanner or WMS workstation.
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to push or pull up to 75 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk on concrete for more than 8 hours per day, with regular bending, reaching, and crouching.
Ability to climb ladders up to 12 feet where applicable.
Ability to use stairs and work at heights on a mezzanine where applicable.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders; receive and process returns and exchanges; and troubleshoot problems to resolution.
Organize shipments to third-party distributors.
Sort, count, package, label, unpack, and/or log inventory that is shipped or received.
Inspect shipments for damages or defects, record discrepancies or damages, and notify a supervisor.
Reorganize warehouse shelf inventory for seasonality.
Unpack product shipments and replenish warehouse shelves.
Identify returned defective units using the proper defective reason code.
Perform other duties as assigned.
