About The Position

Picks, stages, and loads pallets of finished products onto trucks for transport. The role also involves stocking, preparing, moving, and inventorying products and pallets, maintaining warehouse paperwork and an orderly work area, and following company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices. The employee may assist in the raw materials warehouse as needed. Regular attendance and punctuality are required.

Requirements

• Warehouse experience is required.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• The job requires repetitive hand, wrist, and finger activities, as well as repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 70 lbs.
• Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual ability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stock, and stage pallets of finished products according to company policies.
• Load and unload trucks with pallets of finished products.
• Rotate, wrap, and prepare products according to company and customer guidelines.
• Move products and pallets using a forklift or pallet jack.
• Inventory stored pallets.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Maintain and file paperwork received from common carriers.
• Follow company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Assist in the raw materials warehouse as needed.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
