About The Position

The Distribution Center Associate is an essential member of Peloton’s Distribution organization, supporting the Supply Chain team at the Linden Distribution Center. The associate performs functions across various departments while maximizing productivity. The role involves physical activity throughout the shift, including prolonged standing and repetitive movement. Hours vary, typically beginning between 6 a.m. and 10 a.m. and ending before 9 p.m.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift items weighing 145 pounds or more with assistance, sometimes up and down stairs.

Nice To Haves

• Work experience in a fast-paced distribution, warehouse, or stock-room environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience with picking and packing, sorting, loading and unloading, scanning, or other warehouse functions.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical tasks assigned by department managers and supervisors, including unloading product, wrapping pallets, receiving, verifying and putting away product, moving and replenishing product, picking and loading trucks, conducting audits, re-SKUing inventory, and cycle counting.
• Inspect products for defects and damage.
• Examine outgoing shipments and audit them for customer compliance.
• Use RF scanning equipment to maintain records of merchandise shipped and to examine, stock, and distribute materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
• Operate power equipment, including forklifts, hand tools, and other warehouse devices, while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
• Work independently as directed and as part of a team to complete priorities and projects.
• Keep work areas and the distribution center clean, maintain a safe working environment, and work and operate safely.
