About The Position

This role is responsible for financial planning, specifically forecasting, and plan management through allocation. The Distribution Analyst will provide data and recommendations to influence the development of department/class level plans and assist in the development of allocation strategies. They will also develop and execute strategies for packing, pre-packs, size balancing, and inventory balancing. In-season management of department/class level plans, including ongoing assessments and updates, will be a key responsibility. The role involves executing initial inventory releases, ensuring receipt accuracy, and executing in-season price strategies, store level exceptions, and new store allocations. Additionally, the analyst will forecast inbound/outbound inventory to drive in-stock levels and manage DC/store payroll. In terms of business process management and supply chain operations, the analyst will execute the allocation and replenishment of Basics managed through demand forecasting and management tools, as required.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
• Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math
• Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
• Possess strong organizational and time management skills
