About The Position

This role is responsible for financial planning, specifically forecasting, and plan management through allocation. The Distribution Analyst will provide data and recommendations to influence department/class level plans and assist in developing allocation strategies. They will also develop and execute strategies for packing, pre-packs, size balancing, and inventory balancing. In-season management of plans, including assessments and updates, will be a key responsibility, along with executing initial inventory releases and ensuring receipt accuracy. The role also involves executing in-season price strategies, store level exceptions, and new store allocations, as well as forecasting inbound/outbound inventory to drive in-stock levels and manage DC/store payroll. Additionally, the analyst will execute allocation and replenishment of Basics managed through demand forecasting and management tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and have aptitude to learn technical applications quickly
  • Ability to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in retail math
  • Able to build constructive and effective relationships with a broad and diverse group of business partners
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills

Responsibilities
