About The Position

As the Analyst of Global Distribution, your role will be a pivotal link between the markets and our HQ Supply & Distribution teams. You will oversee, support and communicate all operational metrics related to supply, inventory, logistics and warehousing. You will work directly with the markets (China, Hong Kong, Asia Direct Markets, North America, Continental Europe, and United Kingdom) to support product availability requests and inventory replenishment cycles. You will help to allocate finished goods productions based on market needs. You will also ensure a consistently healthy stock level within the regional and local DC’s based on the published monthly forecasts and communicate and collaborate with the Operations team and with external partners to deliver those requirements. You will also own analysis, reporting and performance KPI’s for global inventory, supply, freight and warehousing.

Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Responsibilities

  • Own bi-weekly DC Replenishment process for North America and Canada markets.
  • Complete UK order placement and follow-up for UK B2B replenishment process.
  • Own weekly Service Alerts data collection and global market communications.
  • Own finished goods inventory allocation process for all DCs, balancing stock levels, transportation lead times, forecasted demand, launch priorities, and market requirements to maximize service and inventory availability.
  • Partner with inventory point to complete monthly filler inventory reconciliations process.
  • Own monthly freight financials & emissions reporting process and KPI development.
  • Partner with logistics team to recommend best practices for reducing lead times while balancing service levels to our DC’s.
  • Partner with our DCs to build a KPI dashboard focusing on order fulfillment, inventory & storage utilization, labor & productivity, and total cost per order for our global B2C and B2B business.
