About The Position
Buffalo Trace Distillery is a family-owned company based in Franklin County, Kentucky, whose rich distilling tradition dates back to 1787. Buffalo Trace is a fully operational distillery producing bourbon, rye, and vodka on site, and is listed on the National Historic Register. Buffalo Trace has been awarded seven distillery titles since 2000 and has also garnered more than 150 awards for its premium whiskies. As a Distillery Tour Guide, you'll create engaging and memorable experiences for guests by leading tours, answering questions, and showcasing Buffalo Trace Distillery's rich heritage. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys public speaking, connecting with people, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic environment. This is a part-time position working 12-30 hours a week.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 2 weekends a month.

Responsibilities
- Lead guided tours and provide informative, engaging presentations to visitors.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and responding to questions and requests.
- Promote distillery experiences, products, and offerings to enhance the visitor experience.
- Ensure tours are conducted safely and in accordance with established procedures.
- Support overall visitor operations and collaborate with team members to create a positive guest experience.
