About The Position

Texell Credit Union is hiring an onsite Dispute Specialist at its Temple, Texas headquarters. The role helps members resolve disputes in a fast-paced environment. The specialist processes disputes accurately and efficiently, researches requests, documents activity, resolves discrepancies, and applies relevant regulatory rules and guidelines. Training and support are provided, including opportunities to develop professional skills and advance at Texell. The position requires working in the office at the Temple headquarters and open availability Monday through Friday. The role suits someone with some disputes experience who can manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently, work as part of a team, and enjoy solving problems.

Responsibilities

Help members resolve disputes.
Process disputes accurately and efficiently.
Take notes and complete research requests.
Resolve discrepancies.
Ensure regulatory rules and guidelines are followed and applied correctly.
