About The Position

Join the BankCard team as a Dispute Resolution Specialist. As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will work directly with customers to resolve issues. No two days will be alike, as you will work on multiple diverse cases each day. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and processing dispute claims, reports, and general ledger balancing. You will work primarily with customers’ phone calls. You will perform financial adjustments, account analysis, account security functions, and motoring. You will prepare and enter all necessary forms and database entries while remaining compliant with all regulations.
