About The Position

The Dispensary Sales Associate reports to the Management team and serves as a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable STIIIZY brand ambassador. Associates help provide an exceptional one-stop-shop cannabis experience, build customer loyalty, and support the Company’s success in the recreational cannabis market. They advise customers on products, create positive and authentic customer relationships, meet sales and business goals, and follow company procedures and applicable cannabis regulations. The position starts as part-time at $20.50 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management may assign days based on workforce needs.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift: at least 4 hours per shift for part-time roles and up to 8 hours per shift for full-time roles.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the Company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
• Applicants must reside in the state where the role is based.

• Build authentic customer relationships and provide exceptional service.
• Drive customer visits and repeat business, and achieve sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain a precise register.
• Seek opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training, operational standards, procedures, communications, rollouts, directives, and policies.
• Comply with legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
