About The Position

STIIIZY is seeking a Sales Associate to represent its brand and support the customer experience in a recreational cannabis retail setting. Reporting to the Management team, Sales Associates serve as professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassadors. They advise customers on cannabis products, build authentic relationships, and help cultivate customer loyalty while contributing to store sales and business results. The position starts as part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Must be able to work two weekend days (Friday through Sunday); management may assign days according to workforce needs.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
• Ability to stand for at least four hours per shift for part-time roles.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity to handle and count currency and operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Contribute as a team player to a positive working environment.

• Promote positive and healthy interactions consistent with the Company’s core values.
• Advise customers on cannabis products suited to their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and create customer experiences that exceed expectations.
• Build authentic customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Work toward sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Process cash transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and maintain precise registers.
• Look for opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training, operational standards and procedures, communications, rollouts, directives, policies, and programs.
• Comply with legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
