About The Position

STIIIZY Sales Associates serve as professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassadors in and outside the store. Reporting to the Management team, they help deliver the company’s one-stop-shop cannabis experience through exceptional service, diversified products, and long-term customer loyalty. Associates advise customers on cannabis products, build authentic relationships, support sales goals, and contribute to a positive working environment. The position starts part-time at $19.50 per hour plus tips.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to work two weekend days (Friday–Sunday); management assigns days based on workforce needs.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas.
• Must reside in the state where the role is based.
• Ability to stand for the duration of a scheduled shift: at least four hours per shift for part-time roles and up to eight hours per shift for full-time roles.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to handle and count currency and operate a POS system.

• Open availability is preferred. Open availability means being able to work all required hours without restrictions, including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on their needs, preferences, budgets, and reactions to different strains.
• Demonstrate cannabis knowledge and create customer experiences that exceed expectations.
• Build authentic customer relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Drive customer visit goals, increase returning customers, and achieve sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick and pack orders.
• Handle cash transactions accurately by operating the point-of-sale system and maintaining a precise register.
• Identify opportunities to contribute to and improve business results.
• Follow company training and operational standards, procedures, policies, and programs.
• Stay informed about company communications, rollouts, directives, and procedures.
• Follow applicable legislative requirements for cannabis retailers, including federal, state, and DCC laws and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
