About The Position

The Dispensary Inventory Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the daily stock of product on the sales floor, executing operational standards, and ensuring compliance with all policies and regulations. This role involves managing inventory tracking systems, coordinating product movement, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The supervisor will also oversee Dispensary Inventory Specialists and report directly to the Dispensary Manager.

Requirements

Must be proactive, have strong work ethic and pay great attention to detail
Organizational and time management skills required
Minimum of 2 years of Inventory experience required
Minimum of 21 years of age
Possess valid driver’s license or state ID
Must pass all required background checks
Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends
Must be, and continue to remain, fully compliant with all laws, regulations, and company policies
Frequently moves up to 30 pounds of equipment/materials/product within rooms (100 pounds with assistance)
This job function may include being in a stationary position or moving for extended periods of time

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Business or related experience preferred
Cannabis experience preferred
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships in order to gain support and results

Responsibilities

Maintain daily stock of product on sales floor
Execute and follow up on operational standards, policies and procedures
Update SOPs as changes to policy and/or regulations occur and ensure compliance among team
Implement inventory tracking systems designated by management
Ensure compliance with all safety and security policies within retail stores
Maintain and track levels of all supplies within the dispensary
Research and correct any product variances within the inventory tracking system
Inform Management of upcoming inventory needs
Work closely with Dispensary management team and the Finished Goods department to coordinate product movement
Build knowledge of METRC, Dutchie, and other inventory systems
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Other duties and special projects as assigned
