Our Fulfillment Manager will be responsible for managing and controlling the dispensary's fulfillment process. This individual will oversee the day-to-day fulfillment operations, including all Dispensary Fulfilment Associates, to achieve compliance and operational excellence within the fulfillment department. This individual will work collaboratively with the Inventory Manager to monitor product quality, check expiration dates, and help maintain smooth fulfillment workflows. Additionally, this role will have opening and closing responsibilities, assisting with inventory counts, supporting inventory management systems, and working with the team to streamline picking and storage processes.

Requirements

For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of age.
You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Supply Chain Management or Logistics (Bachelor's Degree Preferred).
A minimum of three (3) years of experience that demonstrates growth and/or advancement in complexity, difficulty, or level of responsibility.
A minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience.
A minimum of three (3) years of inventory or fulfillment management experience, with two (2) years of cannabis experience preferred.
A minimum of two (2) years of METRC experience.
Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve, personal integrity, and business acumen.

Responsibilities

Oversee the fulfillment team to ensure overall compliance and efficiency with inventory flow and operations.
Lead and manage the picking and pulling of products for orders, ensuring timely and accurate selection.
Oversee inventory levels, optimize space utilization and organization to maximize team efficiency and accuracy.
Establish and execute process improvements, efficiencies, and best practices.
Assist with maintaining product quality standards, including checking expiration dates and handling storage requirements.
Manage the overall inventory flow and efficient operations.
Ensuring all fulfillment team members are trained, coached, and accountable in all fulfillment functions, "Runner", "Picker", "Scanner" and "Teams Comms".
Create, maintain, and distribute inventory reports and maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
Investigate and resolve minor inventory discrepancies and escalate issues as needed to the Inventory Manager.
Comply with dispensary policies, including local and state regulations and security protocols.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized storage area to optimize space and accessibility.
Assist and manage routine inventory audits to support overall compliance and accuracy.
Stay updated on product types and basic industry knowledge to support informed inventory management.
Backfill vault roles due to employee call outs.
Mastery to perform all functions within the seed to sale tracking systems.
Foster a culture of professionalism, guiding teams to achieve optimal results.
Promote a culture of teamwork and inclusion while providing support and guidance to the team and providing feedback to management.
Collaborate effectively with the Human Resources Department and appropriate partners to implement and manage the company's policies and procedures.
Retain and develop top performers by understanding individual's motivations and providing actionable feedback.
Train, coach, and lead the team in all dispensary retail associate functions, sales goals, and KPIs.
