Requirements

Experience with product management and social media management
Strong market and business acumen
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task across several projects
Product management support for iconectiv products including roadmap planning, reporting, customer engagement and financial management.
Marketing Communications management including messaging on iconectiv public website and social media accounts
Hybrid employees must live within 75 miles of the iconectiv office in Bridgewater, New Jersey, which is the in-person office location where the employee will report when working in-person

Responsibilities

Support the iconectiv solutions, including solution reporting, solution roadmaps, new feature business cases, and marketing communications, including making recommendations for social media.
Develop a broad view of the organization and products as well as iconectiv customer groups.
Plan for and attend periodic customer meetings.
Support the account management team by tracking customer and industry needs with a focus on anticipating and solving customer issues.
