About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations for its trading card distribution business. This role is responsible for managing a fleet of 6 truck drivers delivering products to 4 regional locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient transportation of inventory. The Dispatcher will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing updates, directions, and support throughout the day. They will coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations, maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery times, and route performance, and communicate with fulfillment and inventory teams to ensure all requested movements/shipments/pickups are completed each day. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations, and optimizing routes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred
• Familiarity with routing software, GPS systems, or transportation management systems (TMS)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and make real-time decisions
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is preferred
