About The Position

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations for their trading card distribution business. This role is responsible for managing a fleet of 6 truck drivers delivering products to 4 regional locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient transportation of inventory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferred
• Familiarity with routing software, GPS systems, or transportation management systems (TMS)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to problem-solve quickly and make real-time decisions
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing updates, directions, and support throughout the day
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to meet operational deadlines and customer expectations
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery times, and route performance
• Communicate with fulfillment and inventory teams to ensure that all requested movements/shipments/pickups are completed each day
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
• Optimize routes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs
