About The Position

The Service Department Dispatcher is responsible for managing the workflow within the service department. This includes dispatching repair orders (RO's), overseeing shop productivity for individual technicians and the overall team, and coordinating with the client care team to manage appointment capacity by evaluating unapplied time daily. The role also involves developing technician skill sets, ensuring the accuracy of RO documentation, managing technician video and digital multi-point inspections (MPI), and maintaining promised times and on-time efficiency.
