Tri-State Water, Power & Air is seeking a detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our Sales and Marketing teams. In this fast-paced role, you’ll coordinate field reps across nine states, ensuring efficient routing, clear communication, and real-time support. Requirements

• At least 1 year of dispatching experience in Home Services or Sales Dispatch
• Strong map-reading and routing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• Accurate typing and data entry
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask
• Flexible availability, including afterhours as needed

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and route 25-35 sales reps daily across multiple states
• Support Sales and Marketing teams as a communication hub
• Track and report production metrics
• Maintain accurate data in spreadsheets and CRM systems
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries professionally
• Work closely with dispatch team to improve workflows
