About The Position

The Dispatcher performs a variety of customer service duties, including data entry, dispatching drivers on their routes, answering phones, receiving, and communicating information and performing other technical and administrative functions, as required. The primary goal of this role is to provide information in a timely and efficient manner. This is a Safety Sensitive role.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Positive customer relations skills, including good decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with employees and the general public
• Knowledge of or ability to learn the Denver Metro area and other transportation providers as potential referrals
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety practices and procedures
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to sit at a desk for long periods of time
• Ability to multitask
• Competent computer skills
