About The Position

The Smart Care Dispatcher routes Service Technicians to commercial kitchen equipment service calls, aiming to maximize efficiency and productivity while exceeding customer expectations. The dispatcher is the primary point of contact for a group of Service Technicians within a geographic market or territory. The role uses dispatch management tools and effective call clustering and routing to support technician performance, control costs, meet commitments, and enhance profitability.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in dispatch, customer service, and/or restaurant management.
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office and a Windows-based environment.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to learn unique and proprietary software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous SAP experience.

Responsibilities

• Route technicians to service calls using dispatch management tools to maximize efficiency and productivity and exceed customer expectations or service level agreements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technicians within a geographic market or territory.
• Facilitate technician performance through effective call clustering and routing to control costs, enhance efficiency, maximize productivity and profitability, and meet commitments.
