Gator Garage Doors is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Senior Dispatcher to serve as the heartbeat of our daily operations. In this role, you’ll coordinate schedules, support our field technicians, and help deliver a smooth, professional experience for our customers. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
3 years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience
Strong multitasking, organization, and time-management skills
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Calm, solution-focused mindset under pressure
Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed
Comfortable using computers and learning new systems quickly

Nice To Haves

Garage door industry experience preferred
Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly desirable

Responsibilities

Schedule and dispatch service and repair calls based on technician location, availability, and skillset
Monitor and adjust schedules in real time to respond to changes, emergencies, and customer needs
Communicate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, and management throughout the day
Review daily jobs to ensure correct skill levels, parts, notes, and payment details are in place
Optimize routes to reduce drive time, improve efficiency, and minimize callbacks
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers—answering questions and setting clear expectations
Accurately document customer interactions and ensure proper follow-up
Handle inbound calls and route them appropriately
Support the office and operations team with additional administrative tasks as needed
