About The Position

Vast-Auto Distribution, a subsidiary of O’Reilly Automotive Inc., is a leader in auto parts distribution and retail across Eastern Canada. It is part of O’Reilly Auto Parts that operates more than 6,000 stores, with more than 92,000 team members across the USA, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and Canada under the Parts City Auto Parts and O’Reilly Auto Parts banners. Our Part city store is currently looking for a Dispatcher to serve our customers.

Requirements

Ability to work under pressure
Organized, autonomous, and responsible

Responsibilities

Support daily store operations
Maintain and update driver dispatching systems
Optimize operations throughout the day and manage assignment changes
Communicate effectively with employees and customers
Follow up on issues, required adjustments, and report to the store manager
Resolve customer service–related issues in collaboration with the store manager
Perform any other related tasks as assigned
