About The Position

DEL-AIR Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration is a rapidly growing industry leader with seven locations serving Central Florida. This role, under limited supervision, involves communicating with customers regarding their comfort consultations and installation sale agreements. The dispatcher also coordinates the schedules of sales representatives with service technicians to dispatch them efficiently to HVAC calls, maintaining complete control over the coordination of Sales and Service Representatives.

Requirements

Previous experience working in a sales role.
Experience in dispatching calls.
Goal orientated with a strong desire to succeed.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Good writing skills.
Professional appearance.
Ability to utilize Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other computer programs.
Meet required performance standards and metrics.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

Service Titan experience preferred but not required.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Providing best-in-class customer service to current and prospective customers.
Navigating through incoming and outgoing calls, and dispatching calls to the appropriate sales team member.
Entering customer's information in company database and providing assistance to ensure that inquiries are handled efficiently.
Managing & deescalating customer concerns and work to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
Maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
Ensure compliance with all Del-Air policies and procedures.
