Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically
• Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications
• Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork
• Valid Driver’s License
• Successfully complete our screening process, which includes assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in dispatching or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Evaluate customer calls and assign the best technician for each service appointment.
• Manage technician schedules and monitor their progress throughout the day.
• Provide updates to customers on technician arrival times and job statuses.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and prepare reports for management.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
• Foster a professional and friendly rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
