We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join the team. A typical schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 6:30am-5:30pm, with every 4th Saturday as needed. This role involves monitoring and tracking driver progress, performing route data entry, and interacting with employees, customers, and vendors in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The Dispatcher will collaborate with other departments to resolve customer disputes, become proficient in proprietary operational systems, and assist drivers with pickup or delivery issues. Additionally, the role includes scheduling and dispatching work, calculating payments for Transfer Station walk-in customers, and working in a fast-paced, cooperative, high-call volume environment.
