Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls and provide top-tier customer service.
- Schedule and monitor technician service appointments to ensure timely service delivery.
- Dispatch service technicians according to their schedules.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure satisfaction with our services.
- Resolve customer issues in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.
