About The Position

We’re currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role involves managing tire service dispatch operations and assisting with service billing to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless workflow efficiency. This is for 2nd shift: Friday-Tuesday, 2:30pm-11pm.

Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and Outlook
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Quick and accurate data entry skills
Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with others
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 pounds regularly

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and accurately document essential information
Address inquiries and issues, coordinating with relevant departments or field units for prompt resolution
Operate and manage a multi-line telephone system efficiently
Utilize phone or computer systems to dispatch crews and field units to designated locations
Assess and prioritize calls based on urgency to ensure timely responses
Monitor field unit routes and schedules to optimize daily operations
Maintain and update call logs, records, and other essential documentation
Perform additional duties as assigned to support dispatch operations
