Dispatcher Part-Time
About The Position
Maitz Home Services is hiring a part-time Dispatcher in Allentown, Pennsylvania, to coordinate HVAC service and plumbing technicians and help provide customers with an outstanding service experience. The role calls for strong communication, attention to detail, and quick thinking in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, plus one Sunday per month from 7:30 AM to 7:00 PM, for approximately 32 hours per week. After training, the Sunday shift is performed remotely. Requirements
- At least 2 years of office or customer service experience.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to learn dispatching, scheduling, and customer management software.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC service and plumbing technicians.
- Optimize routes to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Answer incoming calls from existing customers and provide exceptional service.
- Enter and manage service ticket information accurately.
- Create dispatch numbers for parts orders.
- Monitor and follow up on parts orders.
- Schedule installation appointments for ordered parts.
- Coordinate with technicians and team members to ensure timely service delivery.
