Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises using surveillance systems and proactively communicate the need for security services throughout assigned areas.
• Manage and respond to incoming calls and alarms, initiating immediate and timely security responses.
• Coordinate the dispatch of security staff for service requests and accurately retrieve required recorded documentation.
• Liaise with team leader or manager to request additional staffing support and assist with the resolution of those issues.
• May be responsible and accountable for the hiring, training, supervision, and performance appraisals of security shift employees.
