Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED equivalent
• 6 months minimum previous customer service experience
• Previous experience with handling a multi-phone lines is a must
• Computer experience in MS Word and Outlook.
• Proven high proficiency using strong, clear verbal communication skills.
• Have open availability to work any day of the week, and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
• Prior cash handling and data entry experience.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hotel/hospitality work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service while answering phones in the bell/valet services department.
• Use a sophisticated console to receive calls from guests and team members
• Dispatch bell persons to handle guest requests for luggage and package assistance
• Maintain logs of all requests, packages, handling, and charges use computer to enter room charges
• Dispatching and tracking guest services calls through paging and computer systems
• Assist guests with questions in regard to the property, transportation, and other guests needs
• Answers departmental multi-line phones and dispatches all guest requests to the units
• Regular attendance in keeping with guidelines established by the company and site are essential to the successful performance of this position
