About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic, proactive individual that is self-motivated and seeking long term growth potential at our breathtaking resort! As a Dispatcher in Guest Services, you would be responsible for performing your position's responsibilities and driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards. Your duties include, but not limited to: Provide excellent service while answering phones in the bell/valet services department. Requirements

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent - 6 months minimum previous customer service experience
  • Previous experience with handling a multi-phone lines is a must plus computer experience in MS Word and Outlook.
  • Proven high proficiency using strong, clear verbal communication skills.
  • Have open availability to work any day of the week, and any shift to include weekends and holidays.
  • Prior cash handling and data entry experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior hotel/hospitality work experience preferred
