Requirements

One (1)+ years of dispatching experience form HVAC, plumbing or electrical required.
Ability to work onsite in the office on a daily basis.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to help maximize technician productivity while maintaining realistic schedules and travel times.
Proficient with computers, scheduling software, and phone systems.

Nice To Haves

Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily technician schedules and adjust routes as needed throughout the day.
Prioritize emergency, same-day, and time-sensitive service calls.
Communicate job details, customer concerns, and scheduling changes with technicians.
Work closely with technicians, service managers, and office staff to keep jobs moving efficiently.
Maintain accurate customer and job information in scheduling software, including ServiceTitan.
Maintain a calm, professional, and organized approach in a fast-paced environment.
Help maximize technician productivity while maintaining realistic schedules and travel times.
