Part Time Dispatch Supervisor
About The Position
This part-time position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks that support the dispatch and preload teams. The employee analyzes dispatch plans, identifies opportunities, publishes reports, and conducts service audits. The position is permanent. The base pay range is $26.25 to $42.65 per hour, depending on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education or training, and work experience. Eligible hires may receive annual short- and/or long-term incentive compensation, subject to applicable requirements; incentive payments are not guaranteed. Applications must be completed by 11:59 PM local time on November 2, 2026. Applicants must meet the stated U.S. work-authorization requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
- Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
- Customer-focused, with strong planning and organization skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, a lawful permanent resident, or an alien authorized to work in the United States for this employer.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
- Familiarity with package flow technologies.
Responsibilities
- Verify system downloads.
- Identify service failures and exceptions.
- Print and distribute daily reports.
- Update reports as necessary and communicate changes to PDS.
- Use mapping tools.
- Plot previous data and compare actual dispatch with planned dispatch.
- Maintain loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
- Use available reports and systems.
- Complete the monthly dispatch audit.
