About The Position

This part-time position assists with dispatch analysis and daily routine tasks supporting the dispatch and preload teams. The employee analyzes dispatch plans, identifies opportunities, publishes reports, and conducts service audits.

Requirements

Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.
Experience using Microsoft Office products or equivalent software.
Customer-focused, with strong planning and organization skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
Knowledge of Dispatch Planning System (DPS) and UDC.
Familiarity with package flow technologies.

Responsibilities

Verify system downloads.
Identify service failures and exceptions.
Print and distribute daily reports.
Update reports as needed and communicate changes to PDS.
Use mapping tools.
Plot previous data and compare actual dispatch with planned dispatch.
Maintain loop analysis to ensure periodic analysis of all loops.
Use available reports and systems.
Complete monthly dispatch audits.
