As a Dispatch Operator, you will serve as the central communications person for field personnel and clients, ensuring efficient coordination, rapid response, and accurate reporting.

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience in a dispatch role (transportation, public safety, logistics, field service repair, etc.)
  • 1+ years of security experience

Responsibilities

  • Consistent monitoring of internal communications while on duty, looking for abnormalities or opportunities to provide support and guidance to employees on duty
  • Operation of CCTV equipment
  • Ensuring employees arrive on time to all scheduled shifts and check in appropriately during their shifts
  • Contact employees, site managers, clients, and other necessary personnel to notify them of any incidents, late arrivals, criminal activity, etc. occurring at any given worksite
  • Answer phone calls made to the dispatch line to provide assistance, guidance, and support to employees and clients
  • Coordinate with field employees, Operations Managers, and/or clients to provide appropriate support
  • Write accurate reports to document incidents and activity necessary for internal records and/or clients
