About The Position

TE Certified is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Dispatch Manager to lead and support our dispatch and administrative staff. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys managing people, overseeing daily office operations, and ensuring dispatch workflows run smoothly across multiple service lines. You’ll be responsible for staffing, scheduling, performance management, and process improvement, while creating a positive, organized, and collaborative office environment that supports field teams and customers alike.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing in an office environment
  • Experience using a CRM or field service management software
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ethical, people-focused leadership style
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support dispatchers and administrative staff
  • Manage hiring needs, including interviewing, selection, onboarding, and training of new dispatch team members
  • Create a positive, organized, and accountable office culture
  • Coach performance, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts professionally
  • Establish clear expectations, workflows, and standards for the dispatch team
  • Lead by example with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
  • Ensure technicians are scheduled and dispatched based on skillset, availability, and job urgency
  • Identify and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts and coverage gaps
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatched jobs and customer interactions
  • Monitor dispatcher and technician performance and share feedback with leadership
  • Act as a central point of communication between customers, dispatchers, technicians, and management
  • Ensure timely, clear, and professional updates internally and externally
  • Collaborate with department leaders to support operational goals
  • Become a ServiceTitan expert, leveraging automation and tools to improve efficiency
  • Evaluate dispatch workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Assign tasks and resources to dispatchers based on workload and priorities
