Requirements

Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop and mentor others & foster teamwork
Basic knowledge of construction industry
Effective organizational skills
Strong computer and 10-key skills
General mathematic skills
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Maintain insurable driving record

Responsibilities

Visualize, fulfill, and implement the company vision and core values
Timely and correctly oversee the dispatch and delivery of materials to customers
Gather information needed for deliveries and enter information in the computer
Continually monitor demand, dispatch delivery trucks, and verify each load
Maintain complete and accurate documentation, reports, and sales records
Oversight and maintenance of inventory
Assist in the management of operational and sales activities
Assist customers in problem resolution
Review, understand, and adhere to Sunpro policies and procedures
May prepare daily cash on delivery (COD), special bank deposits, and other COD preparation
Maintain insurable driving record
Oversight of yard vehicles and equipment
Ensure compliance with all operations safety requirements
Other duties as assigned
