About The Position

Fischer Services is hiring a high-performing Dispatch / Customer Service Advisor to support and drive daily operations across our service divisions. This is a key role within the organization—responsible for coordinating communication between customers, field teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless and professional service experience. This position goes beyond traditional customer service. It requires strong judgment, organization, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service, dispatch, or coordination experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as the central communication hub between customers, technicians, and leadership
  • Manage inbound customer calls with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy
  • Dispatch and schedule field teams to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor technician routes, job progress, and scheduling gaps in real time
  • Ensure a high standard of customer experience from initial contact through job completion
  • Identify inefficiencies and support improvements in scheduling and workflow
  • Maintain accurate records, job updates, and internal communication
  • Contribute to a structured, accountable, and team-focused office environment
