About The Position

This role involves accepting, assessing, and directing non-emergency, emergency, and service request calls. The position is responsible for deploying appropriate resources in a timely and efficient manner and providing Emergency Medical Dispatch instructions for all emergency calls. Hartford HealthCare's EMS Network, specifically Hunter's Ambulance Service, is a leading provider of emergency medical services in Connecticut, operating six locations and serving communities throughout the state with highly trained professionals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
