About The Position

Join us for the opportunity to intern with the Disney+ Hulu Brand Marketing team! We are responsible for how the Disney+ and Hulu brands are marketed across the globe. We scan the competitive landscape, identify key opportunities and challenges, and weave in insights and data to build a strategic framework for Disney’s Direct-to-Consumer offering. The fun doesn’t stop there. We then work with the cross-functional marketing teams to develop and execute a plan that ladders up to clear and measurable objectives. We’re looking for a creative, collaborative, motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented team member to join the team as a Brand Marketing intern. The approximate dates of this internship are September 2026 through December 2026. The role reports directly to the Director, Marketing Strategy.

Requirements

  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (Docs/Slides/Sheets), Photoshop, and Airtable
  • Basic knowledge of brand strategy, marketing, and creative advertising
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically
  • Experience working in collaborative environments while also able to work independently
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess unrestricted work authorization

  • Previous experience working in the entertainment industry
  • Junior or Senior year preferred
  • Major or previous coursework in Communications, Marketing, Media or related field

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Marketing team in the planning and execution of strategy and campaign management for Disney+ and Hulu Brand campaigns.
  • Support the team in maintaining long lead planning documents, including Air Table views, makelists, and campaign calendars.
  • Assist with campaign overviews, post-mortem documents, and curation of strategy and marketing materials for reports to senior management and the larger marketing organization.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing managers on the development of strategic briefs and overview decks to be used in internal and agency kick-offs.
  • Attend, participate, and provide notes for briefings, status meetings, agency meetings, and internal meetings, as needed.
  • Collect and communicate agenda items for Strategy-led meetings.
  • Research and create reports into relevant topics, such as industry news, competitive analysis, cultural deep dives, to be used to inform campaign creative strategy and target audiences.
  • Assist the Brand Marketing team with ad-hoc projects and requests.
