About The Position

ACE Brooklyn, Le le's Roman is looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in New York. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of proper sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and other cooking utensils.
• Load dishes, glassware, and utensils into the dishwasher and unload clean items.
• Ensure the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
• Assist with cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to keep up with customer demand.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
