About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will keep the kitchen and dining room running smoothly by ensuring a steady supply of clean plates, glasses, silverware, and cookware. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
- Comfort working in a hot, wet, and fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong attention to health and hygiene safety standards.
- Willingness to support the kitchen team with additional tasks as needed.
Nice To Haves
- No prior experience is required, though familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Operate large commercial dish machines and wash large pots and pans by hand.
- Sort, stack, and put away clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas and on the cook's line.
- Sweep and mop floors, empty trash cans, and keep the dish station clean and organized.
- Assist with basic food prep work or kitchen closing tasks when needed.
