The Dishwasher works as part of a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining clean cookware and supporting kitchen readiness. Duties include using an automated washing machine to clean prep tubs, pans, utensils, and other cookware; the restaurant does not have tableware because it does not offer full-service dining. When not washing dishes, the Dishwasher restocks items, prepares food, sanitizes high-touch points hourly, changes utensils every two hours, sanitizes counters, cleans appliances and machines, empties and cleans trash receptacles, and records completed tasks in a software program. The role also includes storing deliveries, sweeping and mopping floors, assisting coworkers with other tasks, and reporting kitchen accidents or food-safety violations. The successful candidate is dependable, communicative, organized, able to prioritize in a busy setting, and willing to follow food-safety procedures.
