About The Position
Rocking Horse Ranch Resort is seeking a Dishwasher. You will work with top Culinary Institute of America graduates in a fast paced, high production kitchen, serving up to 500 guests per meal. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and demonstrates impeccable sanitation and safety standards. This is an afternoon/evening position.
Requirements
- Working knowledge of a kitchen environment, including operating equipment and safety and sanitation practices
- Must be able to communicate with fellow employees and management to ensure operational needs are met
- Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays are a must
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean all dishes, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area.
- Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
- Dispose of trash and recycling properly.
