Under general supervision, the Dishwasher prepares a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders following Company policies and procedures. This role maintains the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner while delivering food and assisting guests as needed. The Dishwasher is expected to present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture with customers and co-workers, and possess general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions.
