About The Position

Under general supervision, the Dishwasher prepares a variety of food products using kitchen equipment and utensils according to recipe cards to fulfill guest orders following Company policies and procedures. This role maintains the food prep area in a clean, well-organized manner while delivering food and assisting guests as needed. The Dishwasher is expected to present a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times to promote the Drury culture with customers and co-workers, and possess general knowledge of the hotel, area, and events to answer questions.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Ability to take written and verbal direction in English and speak English clearly
• Ability to operate machines and equipment used, including POS software, dishwashers, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and all levels of team members
• Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism including bar guests
• Ability to effectively and efficiently move around the bar and kitchen area
• Must not make or pour alcoholic beverages
