About The Position

The Dishwasher at the Marcus Whitman Hotel washes kitchen dishes and utensils and maintains cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and around cleaning supplies. The role also includes disposing of trash, compost, and recycling in the appropriate receptacles. Candidates must be flexible, able to work under pressure, and hold the necessary state Food Handler’s License(s).

Responsibilities

• Wash china, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and of cleaning supplies.
• Remove trash, compost, and recycling to the appropriate receptacles.
