Responsibilities

• Places dishes in the dishwasher and runs through cycles, assuring proper washing and rinsing temperatures and recording those temperatures in a log.
• Washes pots & pans and other applicable food containers manually and dries them thoroughly.
• Cleans hood, filters, fans, ovens, refrigerators, freezers, tray stands, and other equipment as directed.
• Performs general cleaning schedules as assigned.
• Removes garbage from kitchen/dining areas and cleans holders and receptacles.
• Cleans, mops, and sanitizes all kitchen floor areas.
• Assists with incoming supplies, placing food and other items in appropriate storage areas.
• Assists in the delivery and retrieving of tray and other food carts from all dining room areas.
